FAQ
Common questions
Why is it free for church plants?
We believe every new church deserves a good website. You have enough financial challenges, and your website shouldn't be one of them. You only pay the $25 a month that keeps it online.
How long does a project take?
Most church websites are ready in 2-4 weeks. It depends on how quickly you can provide content and feedback. We'll give you a real timeline after we talk.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a simple page where you make changes: update wording, add events, and upload sermons. We'll show you how it works.
What does the $25 a month cover?
It keeps your website online, safe, and backed up every day, and gives you a simple place to manage sermons, events, and pages. Real support is included when you need it. Want us to make the updates for you? That's $75 a month, with the $25 hosting included.
Do you work with existing sites?
Yes. We move your content over, keep what's working, and improve what isn't. If you already have a web address (like yourchurch.com), we'll help you keep it.
Does it work with our giving and church tools?
Yes. We work with every giving platform and with the church tools you already use. Tell us what you use and we'll make it work.
What if I don't like the design?
We work with you throughout the process, so this rarely happens. But we include revisions to make sure you're happy with the result.
Any contracts or commitments?
No. It's month-to-month, with no long-term contracts. If you ever want to leave, we'll help you move your website.
